Our client is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their expanding team. The Internal Recruiter, will be focussed on high quality recruitment to build up a comprehensive employee, contractor, and bank staff.The Internal Recruiter will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, providing highly skilled health and complex care professionals to complement our client's needs and will proactively manage and recruit multiple roles at all levels across our business.Key Responsibilities and Experience for the Internal Recruiter<ul><li>Recruitment and compliance experience is essential preferably within the healthcare sector</li><li>Focus on head hunting key roles for the business in particular senior and international requirements</li><li>Demonstrate effective creative advert writing and solutions outside of the usual campaign norms</li><li>Have a proven track record of recruiting into a fast-growing organisation</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment relationships inclusive of interview process and onboarding</li><li>Analyse and improve recruitment processes where necessary</li><li>Write Job Descriptions and facilitate Person Specifications</li><li>Knowledge or awareness of Mental Health Care is highly desirable</li></ul>Please apply as directed!
