Our client a leading, independent property services group in the South of England with a strong regional presence are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead a major business transformation programme at a pivotal time of growth and investment.
They are making significant investment in technology to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and empower their teams with best-in-class tools. This role will take ownership of that transformation, shaping and delivering the IT strategy across the business.
What You'll Do
- Lead a major CRM transformation programme
- Define and deliver the overall IT strategy
- Oversee internal development teams and external technology partners
- Drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and usability
- Build and enhance data, reporting, and analytics capabilities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role
- Strong track record of delivering technology change (not just strategy)
- Experience with CRM systems and platform migrations
- Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach
- Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organisational change
