What you'll be doing
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the kitchen:
- Support senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Run sections and maintain high standards during service
- Assist with menu development and daily specials
- Prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes
- Support stock control, ordering, and GP awareness
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Chef in a quality kitchen environment
- Strong background working with fresh, seasonal produce
- Passion for food and creative flair
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Own transport required
