Aerospace MRO

We are seeking a confident, commercially driven Key Account Manager to join a specialist aircraft component MRO operating within the global aerospace sector.

This role is responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts, driving revenue through upselling and repeat business, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience - from initial enquiry through to aftercare. You'll act as a trusted partner to customers while working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts as the main point of contact

  • Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling

  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage quotations, RFQs, and purchase orders

  • Conduct contract reviews to ensure commercial and regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams

  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales documentation

About You

  • Proven experience in sales or account management (aerospace, defence, or technical industry preferred)

  • Experience working within an aircraft component MRO or parts supplier/distributer is highly desired
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven

  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365 (ILS / Partsbase desirable)
