Litigation Lawyer - Bognor Regis, West Sussex
Overview:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE to join a welcoming and supportive firm in Bognor Regis.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing a varied caseload, including contract disputes, contentious probate, neighbour and property disputes, professional negligence and landlord & tenant issues
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, showing initiative and problem-solving skills
- An interest in contributing to the growth and development of the litigation department
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation and dispute resolution processes
- Proven ability to offer practical, jargon-free advice tailored to client needs
- Skilled in handling County Court, tribunal, arbitration and mediation cases
