A long-standing and well-respected law firm in Eastbourne is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its busy and growing team. This is a rare opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to take on a varied, high-quality caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including:

• Property disputes
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial disputes
• Employment-related litigation

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to engage confidently with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders
• A professional, personable and client-focused approach
• Solid IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience using case management systems (desirable but not essential)
• High levels of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with the ability to market both themselves and the firm
• Confidence in networking and developing business relationships locally
