We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team in East Grinstead. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and mechanical systems.</li><li>Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently.</li><li>Maintain hot and cold water services, sanitaryware, pipework, valves, pumps, and associated plumbing systems.</li><li>Undertake routine inspections and ensure plant and equipment are operating safely and effectively.</li><li>Carry out minor mechanical maintenance where required.</li></ul> About You <ul><li>NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent recognised qualification).</li><li>Previous experience in a building maintenance or facilities management environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.</li><li>Experience working on commercial building services.</li><li>Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
