Primary School Teacher EYFS, KS1 & KS2

Location: Crawley and surrounding areas

Contract: Full-time, September 2025 January 2026

Salary: M1 to UPS3 (paid to scale)

Working Hours: 08 30

We are currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Primary School Teacher to work across a range of year groups from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through to Key Stage 2 in schools across the Crawley area. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain broad teaching experience, support diverse school communities, and make a meaningful impact on pupils learning and development at all stages of primary education.

This position is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to expand their skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

• Support pupils academic progress and personal development in a variety of school settings

• Foster inclusive, positive, and well-managed classroom environments

• Collaborate with staff, parents, and carers to support pupil wellbeing and achievement

Candidate Requirements

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A flexible and adaptable teaching approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Ability to plan, mark, and assess independently
