Are you a passionate and flexible Primary Teacher with experience across EYFS to Key Stage 2? We're looking for an enthusiastic educator to join a welcoming primary school in East Sussex, ready to provide day-to-day cover in a variety of year groups. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners in a supportive and thriving school community.

About the Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that are tailored to the needs of pupils across EYFS to Key Stage 2.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive.

  • Monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to help them develop and achieve their full potential.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the academic and personal development of all students.

  • Maintain high standards of teaching, classroom management, and safeguarding throughout your work.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.

  • A current enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to obtain one.
