Responsibilities
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and motivated to learn.
Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons or confidently adapt to plans provided on the day
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a focused learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school team to support pupil outcomes.
About You
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Has experience teaching within Primary schools.
Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Is enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil's progress.
Works well within a team and contributes positively to school life.
