PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITORWest SussexAn established legal practice is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate fee earner to join its dedicated Private Client team. The position offers exposure to a varied caseload, including:

• Probate and Estate Administration: Handling estates from straightforward cases below the inheritance tax threshold to complex taxable estates requiring IHT400 forms and related schedules.
• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA): Advising clients on estate planning, drafting Wills, preparing LPAs, and undertaking Court of Protection matters.

Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will:

• Hold 2+ years PQE within a private client department, managing their own caseload.
• Demonstrate flexibility, self-sufficiency, and the ability to manage a diverse client base, including older clients and high-net-worth individuals.
• Possess strong IT skills, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
