Private Client Solicitor - Haywards Heath

A well-established and highly regarded regional firm in Haywards Heath is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3-10 PQE) to join its thriving and personable team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants high-quality work, genuine autonomy and a supportive environment that values work-life balance.

The Role

You'll handle a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Wills, trusts and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• LPAs and Court of Protection matters
• Tax planning and wealth protection for HNW clients
• Advising families, business owners and vulnerable clients

You'll also have the chance to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.

What We're Looking For

• 3-10 years PQE in private client work
• Strong technical knowledge across the full spectrum of private client matters
• A confident communicator with a client-centred approach
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential
• Someone who enjoys autonomy but thrives in a collaborative, friendly team
