Private Client Solicitor The Role:

• Manage a diverse range of probate and estate administration cases (taxable and non-taxable)
• Handle wills, trusts, tax planning, and powers of attorney
• Liaise with clients, executors, HMRC, and third parties with professionalism and care
• Draft estate accounts and ensure accurate reconciliation
• Maintain compliance and deliver exceptional client service

Private Client Solicitor About You:

• 5+ years experience in private client work (Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of probate and estate administration
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• STEP or ILEX qualification (or working towards it)
• Own transport required for client visits
