Description

We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our Business Support team. This role is central to embedding effective first-line quality controls and improving processes that deliver good outcomes for clients the first time. You will maintain and evolve our Advice Framework, support integration projects, and partner with teams across the business to drive efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

What you'll do

  • Implement and embed first-line quality controls and processes to ensure consistent, client-focused outcomes.
  • Maintain and develop the Advice Framework to support efficiency and consistency in the client journey.
  • Track progress and manage integration plans, reporting on activity and outcomes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for management, client-facing, and client service teams.
  • Identify process improvements that create capacity for teams and enable new business generation.
  • Ensure high-quality data is available for business operations and client needs.
  • Deliver change projects and support system/process implementations with business requirements in mind.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and improve productivity, efficiency, and performance.
  • Design scalable solutions aligned with ambitious growth plans.
  • Assess financial advice for quality, suitability, and compliance with Consumer Duty standards.
  • Work with stakeholders and leaders to achieve commercial objectives while maintaining quality standards.


The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Experience in process improvement, quality management, or compliance within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial advice processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, track progress, and deliver outcomes.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to create scalable solutions and adapt to growth.

You'll be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham in West Sussex. It has high standards and international reputation, without being in the city: a big, countryside campus means life will feel a little different.
