Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments related to ongoing projects
  • Prepare reports for Clients as required
  • Handle data entry tasks with precision
  • Respond professionally to phone inquiries
  • Organise files, records, and other administrative materials in a systematic manner
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping as required
  • Support team members with administrative tasks to facilitate project progress
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and project deadlines

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
  • Previous clerical experience is highly desirable
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with data management systems and basic financial record keeping is advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced creative environment
