Property Litigation Solicitor - Brighton / Hove ( East Sussex ) Hybrid

A leading law firm is seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or one with up to 4 years' PQE to develop their career within a dynamic and expanding practice.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord & tenant disputes (residential & commercial), possession claims, lease disputes, boundary & easement issues and breaches of covenant. You will also play an active role in business development through networking and written contributions, building strong relationships with landlords, property owners and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of property-related disputes with autonomy and professionalism
• Deliver excellent client service and manage expectations effectively
• Contribute to the firm's growth through proactive business development
• Maintain meticulous file management and meet deadlines using case management systems

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
• Experience in property litigation
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-focused approach
