We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to support our growing hiring needs. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and place high-quality talent.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent candidate management, and a solid understanding of recruitment best practices within the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing to placement
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Support onboarding and offer processes where required
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or HR professional
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and hiring
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of UK recruitment practices and right-to-work requirements (preferred)
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented
Salary range
- £22,000 - £25,000
