Imagine yourself at the heart of the stunning West Sussex countryside, working at The Goodwood Hotel. As a Reservations Executive, you?ll be part of a warm, sociable team that ensures every guest feels welcome, heard, and excited about their upcoming visit.
Your Role
You?ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests - making a lasting impression and turning enquiries into bookings. With 91 beautiful bedrooms and 6 self catering cottages to manage, you?ll ensure every reservation is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
You?ll also be a key ambassador for the wider Goodwood experience, confidently recommending and booking:
- Golf sessions
- Spa treatments
- Driving and flying experiences
- Our award-winning restaurants
Collaboration is Key
You?ll work closely with our Estate Sales, Front Desk, and Operational teams to ensure every detail is communicated clearly and smoothly - making each guest?s journey seamless from start to finish.
What You?ll Bring
- Experience in hospitality or a customer-focused role, ideally with a sales element
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Initiative and a proactive mindset
- Familiarity with Protel (a bonus, not a must!)
