Residential Conveyancer

A highly respected law firm with a particular specialism in property law are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join them in their offices in Hailsham. This is a brand new role, created due to their continued success and growth plans, which now sees them expanding is particularly exciting! The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will be responsible for a varied, quality case load comprising:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Transfer of equity
• Remortgage
• Some new build properties
• Some auction properties
• Lease work

The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will offer the following background/skill set:

• Ideally be a qualified property lawyer (either Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer), although non-qualified experienced Conveyancing Executives will be considered
• At least 3 years fee earning experience
• Demonstrate a strong technical knowledge akin to your level of experience
• Be client focused
• Interest in developing long-standing relationships with Estate Agents, IFAs and other referrers
