- Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
- Handle high-value transactions including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local agents and clients
- Work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment
- Attend monthly fee earner meetings and assist with team file cover
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC
- Ideally 2-10 years' PQE (flexibility for more senior candidates)
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Ambitious, proactive and commercially aware
