Handle a variety of non-contentious residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload and meet fee targets
- Draft contracts, TR1s and related documents
- Complete due diligence and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate case and financial records
- Support client care, marketing and business development
- Ensure CQS and AML compliance
Your Requirements:
- Residential property experience essential
- Strong legal drafting and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
- Detail-oriented and team-focused
