Description

As a Senior Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support teams.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with the organisation and execution of events and workshops.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support other ad-hoc tasks as directed by the management team.

Profile

A successful Senior Administrator should have:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure effectively.
