Workforce Planning: Own the strategic workforce plan for your area, developing buy/build strategies to ensure the right talent is in place - at the right time and cost. Leadership Coaching: Challenge and support leaders to raise capability, role-model expectations, and embed leadership standards. Team Effectiveness: Drive team performance through targeted interventions and development strategies. Culture Activation: Lead cultural change programmes, embedding frameworks and enabling new ways of working. Risk Anticipation: Identify workforce risks, succession gaps, and future skills needs - and work with Talent and OE to address them. Succession Strengthening: Ensure robust pipelines are in place for critical roles. Change Enablement: Guide leaders through organisational change, providing practical solutions that support transformation.
