ALM Senior/Portfolio Analyst Job Specification

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst / Senior Portfolio Analyst to join our Portfolio team. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio, the role will sit within the Portfolio Management pillar of the broader Portfolio function and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of leased commercial aircraft, with a particular focus on lease administration, contract management, billing, compliance monitoring, portfolio reporting and lessee oversight. The role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the aircraft leasing industry, providing exposure to aircraft lease management across the full asset lifecycle and involvement in a broad range of portfolio management activities. Key Responsibilities:

1) Lease & Contract Management
• Manage the day-to-day administration of aircraft lease agreements and associated

documentation.
• Monitor key lease obligations, notices, amendments, expiries and contractual

deliverables.
• Support aircraft onboarding/offboarding, lease transitions, restructurings and lease

extensions.

2) Billing & Receivables Management
• Prepare and maintain lease-related billing, including rent, maintenance reserves and

other contractual charges.
• Monitor lessee payments and coordinate with Finance to reconcile receipts and

outstanding balances.
• Support collection efforts and the resolution of billing-related queries.

3) Lessee & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned lessees and operational counterparties.
• Coordinate with Technical, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams to manage portfolio

matters.
• Prepare and manage routine lessee correspondence, notices and information requests.

4) Asset Oversight, Maintenance Reserves & Compliance

• Monitor aircraft utilisation, maintenance activity and lease compliance requirements.
• Review and administer maintenance reserve claims, including supporting

documentation, approvals and settlement tracking.
• Track insurance, registrations, covenants and other contractual obligations, escalating

exceptions where appropriate.
• Maintain complete and accurate lease, asset and compliance records.

5) Reporting & Forecasting
• Support portfolio reporting requirements for management, investors and other

stakeholders.
• Maintain portfolio dashboards, trackers and key asset data.
• Assist with maintenance reserve, cash flow and portfolio forecasting activities.

6) Systems & Data Management
• Own and administer Leasepoint, acting as the primary system expert and point of

contact for the business.
• Lead system enhancements, testing, data governance and process improvement

initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of lease, asset, billing and compliance data across

the portfolio.
• Support the development and enhancement of portfolio reporting, dashboards and

Power BI analytics.

7) Projects & Portfolio Support
• Support aircraft acquisitions, deliveries, redeliveries and other portfolio transactions.
• Assist with portfolio improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Undertake ad hoc analysis and portfolio-related tasks as required.

Candidate profile:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in aircraft leasing, portfolio management, lease administration or a related aviation role.

• Experience using Leasepoint or a similar lease / asset management system is essential.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and ability to work confidently with operational, financial and maintenance data.

• Strong Excel and reporting skills, with experience using Power BI considered advantageous.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
