Salary: £32,000 Basic DOE OTE £35,000+
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (1 Hour Lunch) 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Your responsibilities will include:
Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs
Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
Maximising workshop efficiency through effective diary management
Upselling additional work, service plans and manufacturer promotions
Liaising with Technicians to provide accurate repair updates
Producing accurate job cards and invoices
Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the journey

About You
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
Experience using Kerridge, Pinnacle, 1Link or a similar DMS
A proven track record of upselling additional work and service plans
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to work well in a busy dealership environment
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
