Sous Chef - £35k plus tips (£39,800) plus GP bonus scheme : Live in Available, Midhurst West Sussex. Own transport ideally. There is no train station in Midhurst, nearest is Haslemere station about 20 minute drive away.

Experience

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work with us in this all fresh food hotel kitchen. You will ideally need to have either top restaurant, hotel or high end gastro pub/restaurant experience and all fresh food cooking experience to a high standard. But being reliable and having the right working attitude are just as important.

Salary and Benefits

• £35k plus tips - £39,800 plus GP bonus scheme
• Tips £400 per 4 week period (£4,800 per year)
• GP Bonus scheme based on food cost performance anything from £0 - £200 paid per 4 week period if targets are met, but no guaranteed. (£0 to £2,600)
• Live in Available: £76.00 per week but NO other charges. This is on-site double bedroom for one Chef with a shared bathroom. All meals on duty.
• 48 hour week - 3 straight shifts and 2 split shifts if full brigade
• 5 days on, 2 days off per week

If your CV is successful, you will be invited to a trial shift, so you must be able to get to Midhurst. Trial shifts are usually 9.00am/9.30am until 2.00pm/2.30pm.
