At Diaverum, we're excited to offer an incredible opportunity for nurses (whether you're experienced or in training) to join our Eastbourne (Polegate) clinic. As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
• Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
• Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
• Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.
• Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements

• NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in early 2025.
• Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Please note that clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.
