We're currently recruiting for a Supply SEN Teacher to support an outstanding specialist school in Brighton that caters to children and young people aged 2-19 with a wide range of complex needs, including PMLD, SLD, autism, and associated medical and sensory needs.
As a Supply SEN Teacher, you'll be joining a dedicated team that provides a nurturing, person-centred approach to learning, with access to excellent resources and support staff.
About the Role - Supply SEN Teacher
- Deliver tailored, engaging lessons to students with a range of complex needs
- Support learners with communication difficulties using Makaton, PECS, and sensory-based strategies
- Work collaboratively with support staff and therapy teams
- Maintain a calm, supportive learning environment

What We're Looking For - Supply SEN Teacher
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- SEN/SEMH teaching experience is highly desirable
- Confident working with non-verbal learners and those with high physical or medical needs
- Flexible, calm, and child-centred approach to teaching
- Enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs
