We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our growing
team. You will provide person-centred support to individuals living in our supported
living services, helping them develop their independence, confidence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs
• Supporting service users with daily living activities and personal care where
required
• Supporting with medication in line with care plans and policies
• Preparing meals and encouraging healthy eating and hydration
• Supporting individuals to access the community and participate in activities
• Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support
• Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to develop life skills
• Building positive and respectful relationships with service users, families and
colleagues
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns
• Working collaboratively with the wider care and management team

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, patient and genuinely passionate
about supporting others.
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training and support will
be provided. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, willingness to learn and
commitment to providing high-quality support.

Requirements
• Previous experience in care or support work is preferred but not essential
• Compassionate, patient and respectful approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to undertake training and professional development
• Commitment to promoting independence and dignity
• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Must be willing to undertake a DBS check
