Teaching Assistant Level C

Varndean School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed and outstanding Teaching Assistant (Level C). 35 Hours per week, term time only. Grade 5 points 13 to 17 - £29,064 - £31,022, actual starting salary: £21,462.65

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, compassionate, and proactive professional to lead and develop our well-established Hub provision, supporting neurodivergent learners and students with additional and complex needs. The Hub is a part of Varndean’s inclusive practice, providing structured, relational support and working closely with staff, families, and external professionals to support engagement, regulation, and access to learning. Varndean is a popular and successful inclusive secondary school with a strong reputation for supporting students with SEND.
