Hours: Full-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Early April 2026 - Mid July 2026

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Office Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients, a busy and friendly travel company, based near Withdean.

This is a full-time temporary position starting in early April and running through to mid-July, ideal for someone organised, proactive and able to support a fast-paced office environment.

The Requirements:

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

The Role:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Handle emails and incoming enquiries
  • Carry out data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with bookings and travel-related administration
  • Support day-to-day office operations
