Role Details
- Supporting the mortgage and protection team with end-to-end case management.
- Managing client cases through to completion, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders and providers.
- Handling client queries and ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Assisting with more technical tasks such as research and suitability letter preparation (training provided).
- Working closely with advisers to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have real responsibility and the opportunity to develop your technical skills over time.

- £25,000 - £35,000 salary depending on experience.
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 with service.
