- Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00 to 17:00, with no weekends

- Diagnose and repair faults on light commercial vehicles within a franchised dealership
- Undertake electronic vehicle health checks and video diagnostics
- Ensure timely servicing and repairs to maintain high standards of technical service
- Attend manufacturer training to build and maintain technical expertise
- Liaise with service advisors and managers to facilitate efficient workflow
- Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to workshop customers
- Maintain high standards of health and safety within the workshop environment
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in a similar setting
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification (Level 2 considered depending on experience)
- Strong diagnostic skills and technical proficiency
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to expand mechanical knowledge through ongoing training
- Full UK Driving Licence, preferably with a clean record
