Administrator (Customer Support) - Brighton - £15/hr + holiday Your new company A well-respected organisation operating in the insurance industry is looking for a temporary Customer Support Administrator to join the team. Located in the heart of Central Brighton with modern and bright offices. Known for its commitment to exceptional service and a collaborative team culture, this role will support its busy underwriting and customer service teams. Expected duration is 3 months until 31st August. Your new role This is a temporary, full-time position starting ASAP. You'll work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours/week), fully office-based. Your responsibilities will include: <ul><li>Handling inbound customer calls and directing them to the appropriate team member. </li><li>Responding to emails and web queries. </li><li>Inputting data into the i90 system and updating CRM records. </li><li>Supporting underwriters with admin tasks such as survey requests and password resets. </li><li>Ensuring data accuracy and escalating issues when necessary. What you'll need to succeed </li></ul>You'll have previous administration experience. This will ideally be within the insurance or financial services sector, or you will have previously worked supporting a customer service/sales team with administration. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also a must, as well as good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems. Our public client is looking to recruit a Lead HR Consultant on a 5-6 month initial contract to provide HR advice and operational support to managers and employees within a dedicated business area. Lead Consultants have responsibility for one or more HR specialist areas and report to a functional HR&amp;OD Manager, and/or operate as a professional/ technical specialist working with services to improve organisational performance through the provision of leading-edge HR&amp;OD practices. They build and maintain strong and productive relationships to deliver a range of strategic and operational solutions. The key accountabilities of this role are: <ul> <li>To provide managers with consistent, pragmatic and effective advice on the management and resolution of people issues covering a wide range of HR areas, mitigating risk to the organisation whilst optimising resources to deliver highly effective and creative solutions.</li> <li>To work in partnership with the client group at a senior level to establish an excellent understanding of their service and the challenges they face to proactively identify opportunities for operational and strategic intervention capitalising on external best practice;</li> <li>To manage HR&amp;OD casework and projects and provide a high quality, professional and solution-based service to clients.</li> </ul> Experience <ul> <li>CIPD qualified to post graduate diploma level, or able to evidence equivalent knowledge and understanding of HR &amp; OD disciplines.</li> <li>Ability to use a variety of digital platforms relevant to job role and understanding of how new technologies can support and transform HR&amp;OD services.</li> <li>Significant practical experience of advising customers on complex case work or within a specialist area of HR &amp; OD, applying policy, relevant case law and a balanced approach to risk and resolving issues promptly.</li> </ul> If this role is of interest, then please apply immediately.
