Lettings Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Administrator to join a busy lettings team based in Central Brighton. This temporary 3-month assignment offers a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous experience in a lettings or property environment who are confident in handling customer queries and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Provide support with day-to-day administrative duties within the lettings team.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Assist with tenancy paperwork and documentation as required.
  • Support the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a lettings or property environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident in answering phones and managing multiple enquiries.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
