Morgan McKinley is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Executive with excellent customer service skills to join a fast-growing and exciting company based in East Grinstead.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily customer enquiries, processing orders through a ticketing system, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships while delivering a high standard of service.

Location: East Grinstead - Hybrid (2-3 days office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm



Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Resolve daily customer queries, process orders, and manage related correspondence accurately and efficiently.
  • Use ticketing systems to manage and update customer requests in line with SLAs and standard operating procedures.
  • Liaise with Customer Services, Warehouse Team Leaders, and other internal departments to ensure the smooth resolution of customer requests.
  • Manage live chat and inbound enquiries, directing queries to the appropriate teams within agreed response times.
  • Provide professional telephone and email support, ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
  • Experience working to deadlines and meeting SLA commitments.
  • Financial administration or financial responsibility experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy inbox and prioritise workload.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
