Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead – Child Exploitation &amp; Multiagency collaborationWe are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative DDSL/CCE/CSE to join our team of dedicated and committed professionals as soon as possible.&nbsp;The hours of work are 8:00am-4:00pm Monday to Thursday inclusive and Friday 8am-3.30pm, term time only (47.36 weeks per year).&nbsp; This is a fixed term contract and will terminate on 31/08/2026.The salary scale for this post is LGA Scale 6 Point 19-22 currently £32,061-£33,699 full time equivalent.&nbsp; The pro rata salary range is £29,200-30,692 per annum.&nbsp; The actual starting salary for the successful candidates will be £29,200 per annum.Experience of working with young people is essential.&nbsp;The successful candidate will&nbsp;provide leadership and oversight for safeguarding interventions related to child criminal and sexual exploitation (CCE/CSE) across designated secondary schools. You will deliver outreach sessions in various settings, collaborate with professionals to support interventions leading to prosecutions, and provide training on boys/young men and sexual exploitation.Due to the nature of the client group, there is an occupational requirement that the post holder is male.
