Exciting New Face to Face Befriending Connections Service

Community Outreach across East Sussex

From isolation to participation – be the link

Do you have a couple of hours a week to make a real difference? We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to support older people to reconnect with their community and reduce loneliness.

What You’ll do: Visit a client weekly, support them to attend local groups, build confidence, connection, and wellbeing

What we’re looking for: Warm, caring and good with people, reliable and trustworthy, basic IT skills (training provided)

What you’ll gain: Full training and support, travel expenses covered. a rewarding role making a real impact
