We're looking for your commercialmind-setto support data-driven decision-making across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams. You'll be responsible for reporting, analysis, and maintaining commercial models that help drive performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Prepare and issue daily, weekly, and monthly reports, continuously improving reporting processes</li> <li>Develop dashboards and reports using appropriate tools</li> <li>Analyse sales, customer, product, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities</li> <li>Support budgeting and reforecasting processes</li> <li>Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver actionable insights</li> <li>Conduct pricing, promotion, and product performance analysis, including competitor benchmarking</li> <li>Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders</li> <li>Maintain and evolve commercial models to support business planning</li> <li>Clean, validate, and manage large datasets from ERP, CRM, POS, and e-commerce platforms</li> <li>Continuously improve data processes and reporting efficiency</li> </ul> This is a hybrid role, 3 days onsite. About you: <ul> <li>2+ years' experience in a data analyst role, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)</li> <li>Understanding of commercial metrics such as revenue, margin, and sell-through</li> <li>Experience working with retail or e-commerce data</li> <li>Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite)</li> <li>Knowledge of consumer behaviour analytics and market segmentation</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities independently</li> </ul> Why TGB?
