Reward Manager

You will work directly with the engineering delivery team, consultants and Contractors for assessment of engineering works, desktop assessment and writing of contract documents. The role will also include auditing of construction works with compliance that will be reported to on a monthly basis. Ecologist

Summary:This role will act as key support to the Environmental Performance Lead Waste and Operations to ensure environmental risks are managed across operational activities, working to reduce the overall environmental impact of activities, ensuring compliance, promoting good practice and sustainable practices. This role involves working directly with SEW operational teams and Contractors for assessment of reactive works, managing the network and operational use of our sites. SEW sites are across a range of landscapes including protected designated Sites of Scientific Interest, habitats for protected species and Areas of Outstanding Beauty, so will require experience in how to mitigate works in these areas, and engage with specialists, stakeholders and consultants when required for further input. Working with teams and delivering training programmes, building connections with the wider operation teams. The role will also include waste tracking, auditing and action tracking programmes with compliance that will be reported to on a monthly basis.
