This role is ideal for passionate educators who value flexibility week by week.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide specialised subject cover or general teaching assistance in the absence of regular staff members.
- Work across various locations including Crawley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, East Grinstead
- Adapt to different educational environments and maintain high teaching standards.
- Utilise strong communication and organisational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Engage with students to foster a positive learning environment and contribute to their academic growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications such as PGCE, QTLS.
- A minimum of 3 months' UK teaching experience within the past 4 years, including university placements.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to professional standards and student development.
- Right to work in the UK.
