Front of House Staff

This is an exciting role with a true mix of responsibilities and huge variety! This would be an ideal role for someone who has experience in hospitality, reception, property or office based positions previously. This is a full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday from 8.30-5pm. You will love dealing with people and finding solutions! This is a really collaborative role with huge variety! You will be involved with reception, customer service, organising and managing events as well as some sales duties. You will be liaising with people face to face in person, by phone and email. You will be interacting with many different businesses and so a confident yet friendly approach is essential. Your role will be to ensure that the office is run effectively and all visitors and businesses are warmly welcomed and supported. Tasks to include: Answering telephones and dealing with general enquiries as well as re-routing calls Organising social events and business networking Responding to all incidents, issues and complaints and finding solutions Handling incoming post and notifying recipients of deliveries Accepting and signing for deliveries Purchasing supplies for the office, kitchen etc according to budgets Handling all communication with businesses who are looking to rent office space Working closely with the sales team, and showing visitors the property and selling the benefits to them, of moving to this location Handling all incoming sales enquiries Booking meeting rooms, handling all related enquiries Diary management Attending online video meetings with the wider team Troubleshooting and rectifying issues as and when they arise, eg wifi, organising facilities support eg plumbers, electricians etc should the need arise.
