Role Overview: As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the daily lives of Looked after Children, providing care, support, and guidance. You will work closely with the staff team to create individualised care plans and implement therapeutic interventions. Your patience, empathy, and strong communication skills will help you manage challenging behaviours and support the children's emotional and developmental needs. Shifts are long days with sleep ins on a rolling rota basis, which will include some weekends.
