Salary: £40,000 per annum + bonus & benefits

Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a successful and growing organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Project Manager with strong client management skills who enjoys delivering projects from start to finish while building long-term relationships with customers and contractors.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client projects, coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Managing multiple projects through the full lifecycle.
- Building and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.
- Coordinating remedial works projects, including fire door works.
- Arranging site visits, assessments, and contractor schedules.
- Ensuring reports, documentation, and completion evidence are accurate and delivered on time.
- Monitoring budgets, risks, issues, and project timelines.
- Resolving client queries and supporting customer satisfaction.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Operations team.
You will have:
- Proven experience managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Experience within construction, engineering, consultancy, compliance, or a regulated environment (desirable).
- Confidence managing client relationships and attending meetings.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or similar - desirable
