This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established desk while helping drive the growth of our temporary division within a supportive, energetic, and entrepreneurial environment.
The Role
As a Temporary Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and growing new and existing client relationships
- Winning new business through proactive sales activity
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing temporary workers
- Managing client and candidate relationships to ensure exceptional service
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates and opportunities
- Ensuring compliance and onboarding processes are completed efficiently
- Industrial, Transport & Logistics sector
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within recruitment, ideally specialising in temporary placements
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- A motivated and target-driven approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
