The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
  • Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support children's development
  • Supporting children's individual learning journeys and celebrating their achievements
  • Building positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Completing observations, assessments, and developmental records
  • Promoting children's wellbeing, safeguarding, and emotional development
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare and education
  • Maintaining excellent standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation throughout the nursery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within an Ofsted-registered nursery setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Paediatric First Aid qualification
  • Safeguarding training
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs
  • Food Hygiene certification
