The Hours <ul> <li>Temporary, fixed term 12 month contract</li> <li>Full time</li> <li>Office based, 5-days per week Monday to Friday</li> <li>37.5 hours per week</li> <li>8am to 4pm</li> </ul> Responsibilities <ul> <li>Providing Internal Desktop/Network/Application support to employees</li> <li>Assist in the deployment of technologies/systems/services to employees</li> <li>Setting up and removing of new starters and leavers</li> <li>Assisting with laptop builds and minor technical support</li> <li>Supporting with in-house systems - Microsoft 365</li> <li>General IT support.</li> <li>Contribute to training documentation and assist with end-user training</li> <li>Maintain audit on all equipment throughout the business</li> <li>To provide remote and telephone support to both office and field staff with IT related tasks</li> <li>The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities.
