Reporting to the Head of LPE, this role will help to deliver our mission by ensuring that our inspiring and informative learning experiences and events run smoothly from booking and ticketing through to staffing and delivery.Our ideal candidate is an operations and ticketing expert with a passion for public engagement which connects people with nature. In this new role, you’ll lead the smooth running of Learning and Public Engagement operations at Wakehurst for a wide range of audiences. You will evolve and manage efficient systems including ticketing and CRM processes, staffing, logistics and compliance. &nbsp;Working closely with colleagues across Wakehurst, you’ll help shape cohesive, high-quality programmes supported by strong data, great teamwork and well-managed resources.
