  • Ensure projects comply with current legislation, building regulations and health & safety requirements.

Requirements

Applicants should have previous experience in stock condition surveying, planned maintenance or building surveying within housing, property or construction. A sound understanding of residential construction, building defects and planned maintenance is essential, together with excellent communication and customer service skills.

A qualification in Building Surveying or a related construction discipline (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent experience) is desirable, along with knowledge of Decent Homes, HHSRS and social housing legislation.
