Daily Supply Teacher

We are seeking Daily Supply Teachers to provide cover for long-term and day-to-day sickness in secondary schools across West Sussex and Surrey. This role is ideal for educators who prefer flexibility and are adept at quickly adapting to new classroom environments.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects in secondary schools.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a constructive learning environment.
- Adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of different classes and student groups.
- Providing feedback on student performance and any notable incidents during the school day.
- Collaborating with teaching staff and following school policies and guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Experience teaching in secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching style based on the needs of the students and the school.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
